Rod Smallacombe
Business Unit Manager, Paraburdoo
Rod joined Bennco Engineering in October 2019 and has extensive experience in project delivery across the Pilbara region, especially at Paraburdoo.
Rod is a qualified boilermaker with over 35 years of experience and is responsible for the fabrication department. With his hands-on role, he can actively ensure safety, quality and timing on all fabrication projects is upheld.
Rod has over 11 years extensive experience leading multidisciplinary project delivery teams through design, engineering, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and handover with mining companies such as Rio Tinto and BHP.
During his time with Bennco, Rod has overseen many of our Build, Own, Operate development projects including our flagship Paraburdoo workshop project.
