Apprenticeship Program
Our standout Residential Apprenticeship Program has been in operation since 2020, delivering meaningful upskilling and employment outcomes for regional youth. Developed in partnership with Tom Price Senior High School and local Indigenous groups, the Program is a trade recognition and training pathway for individuals with aptitude experience.
Apprentices undertake a four-year Program that combines on-site work, structured coursework, and mentorship from experienced tradespeople and managers.

- Boiler Making.
- Sheet Metal Work.
- Specialised Welding.
Vacation Programs
Bennco Engineering also offers Vacation Programs designed for university and TAFE students seeking practical experience in the mining, construction, and engineering industries. These short-term placements provide exposure to real-world projects, site operations, and professional development.
